About
The Board of Zoning Appeals holds public meetings to review variance requests and appeals regarding the City zoning code.
Seven volunteers appointed by the Montgomery City Council compose the Board of Zoning Appeals. The Commission meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Montgomery City Hall, 10101 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, Ohio 45242.
