We’re proud to share that the City of Montgomery has been named a Top Workplace 2025 by the Cincinnati Enquirer for a seventh consecutive year.
“What makes this recognition so meaningful is that it’s based entirely on feedback from the staff,” said Mayor Ron Messer. “I want to thank every member of our staff who brings their positive attitudes, dedication, and hard work to the City every day.”
The Cincinnati Enquirer partners with Energage to determine Top Workplaces. Energage administers a 24-question survey to employees who then decide whether an organization’s culture deserves recognition.
“This honor is based entirely on employee feedback, highlighting how our team feels respected, supported, and empowered,” said City Manager Brian Riblet. “This recognition as a Top Workplace is a testament to our commitment to creating a culture that values each individual.”
The City of Montgomery was among 122 other organizations named Top Workplace 2025.
