The final phase of The Vintage Club development, The Capstone District, has recently been approved by the Planning Commission. This thoughtfully designed residential area will bring 24 new homes to the southern hillside behind the Christ Hospital Outpatient Center.
The Capstone District continues the Vintage Club’s commitment to pedestrian-friendly design, with homes that engage the streetscape and minimize the visual impact of garages.
