Our transition to Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) was effective October 1. Instructions for setting up an account with RITA should have arrived in late September. If you have not received a welcome letter from RITA, please call the Tax Office at 513-792-8333, and we can help you get set up.
We are excited to offer you RITA’s online filing and payment services, but if you prefer our in-person tax assistance, our tax specialist is still available to help you. We look forward to serving you through RITA or at City Hall.
