REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Montgomery, Ohio is requesting interested firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide pre-construction and construction services as a Construction Manager at Risk for the Montgomery Safety Center Renovation/Addition Project, Montgomery, Ohio (“Project”).
The estimated total Project budget is $10,500,000.00. The Project will include a new addition to serve the Fire Department with facilities consisting of but not limited to: Vehicle bays, equipment storage, offices, training room, locker room, living spaces, sleeping quarters, and workout facilities. The project will also include a renovated and expanded space to service the Police Department facilities including but not limited to: Offices, equipment storage, training room, locker room, covered police vehicle parking area, sallyport, evidence room/storage, holding cells, living space, and workout facilities. In addition, the project will consist of infrastructure and maintenance improvements to existing systems, electronics, support spaces, general site improvements such as parking improvements, site lighting, and site landscaping.
The project is projected to begin January 2027 with substantial completion scheduled for August 2, 2028.

Firms should submit their responses consistent with the current formal Statement of Qualifications (Form F110-330) available through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission website at http://ofcc.ohio.gov. Please submit 5 paper copies and 1 electronic copy.

Submittals must be received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on October 20, 2025, and will be opened and evaluated shortly thereafter.
