From time to time we have inquiries to perform a criminal records check on individuals. Our agency can only release information on incidents that occurred here in the city limits of Montgomery. We can do a local records check, however, if you need arrest information that occurred in a neighboring city, county or state, you must have those done at the Hamilton County Justice Center, 1000 Sycamore St., Cincinnati, Ohio.
