The Montgomery Community Improvement Corporation approved funding for a new Commercial Exterior Renovation Matching Grant program for 2022. Due to the pandemic, construction costs have increased, making it difficult for property owners to invest in buildings while recovering from the economic impact of the pandemic. This new program aims to help commercial property owners reinvest in their properties, making the buildings more economically viable, increasing the life of the structures, and refreshing the overall look and feel of the properties.
