Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Manager, Municipal Building, City of Montgomery, Hamilton County, 10101 Montgomery Road, 45242, until 10:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, for the MONTGOMERY MONUMENT AND LANDSCAPE ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT and at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract documents, bid sheets, and specifications can be obtained at the Montgomery City Municipal Building, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242 during regular office hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday for $75.00 per set, which will not be refunded. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Montgomery. Specifications will also be on file in the plan rooms of the F.W. Dodge Corporation and Allied Construction Industries, Inc., (ACI).
