Council Business Session : August 6, 2025

Council will discuss under Other Business the retirement and re-employment process for Brian K. Riblet as required by R.C. § 145.381.  Mr. Riblet is required to elect retirement under OPERS to correct a pension anomaly, but he would like to continue service to the City in an uninterrupted transition.  The discussion will be a part of the Business Session of City Council scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at City Hall, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242.
