Solar Eclipse of our Parks Parties
On Monday, April 8, join us for two out-of-this-world viewing parties. All eyes are on the sky as we watch a partial Solar Eclipse around 3:00 pm. This event is so big that we have TWO parties planned: one in Weller Park and the other in Montgomery Quarter Park. We are giving away NASA-approved solar eclipse glasses at both locations while supplies last.
Weller Park

Our Montgomery on the Move Vehicle will be at Weller Park, with giveaways for kids and snacks. Come to the park for your chance to win a Solar Eclipse Commemorative T-shirt! We suggest you bring a picnic, a blanket, or chairs while we wait for this spectacular show in the sky to begin.
Montgomery Quarter Park

Montgomery Quarter Park is also hosting a solar eclipse party. Pick up your solar eclipse glasses, relax in the park, and grab a drink. Bru Burger Bar, Livery, and Kitchen Social are participating in a Solar Eclipse Cocktail contest! Try their drinks and vote for your favorite. Remember to bring a chair and watch the show in the sky.
