Contest Rules

1. This contest is only available to Sycamore CSD students, ages 4-10, at Montgomery, Maple Dale, Blue Ash, and Symmes Elementary Schools (Grades K-4).
2. Contest runs from October 6 – October 30, 2025. Winners are to be announced, and prizes are distributed in early November.
3. All submissions must be turned in to Montgomery City Hall, 10101 Montgomery Rd, by 4:30pm on October 30.
4. One entry per child.
5. All submissions must be the sole work of the competing participant.
6. Any media may be used on the coloring sheets, except glitter.
7. Entries will be judged by Montgomery Fire Department staff. All judging is final.
8. There will be 34 winners- prizes include:
   1. Open Grand Prize Lego set (Lego City)
   2. Grand Prize winners will receive special recognition for their entry.
   3. Three prizes will be awarded to each grade level (K-4), and the grand prizes will be awarded/competed for across all grade levels.
   4. Open Top 15 Prizes (Lego City)
   5. 15 Small Lego City Fire Department sets (Montgomery Elementary only)
   6. 2 Medium Lego City Fire Department sets (Grand Prize, Montgomery Elementary only)
   7. Prizes will be available at Montgomery City Hall, 10101 Montgomery Rd, for pickup, 8am-4:30pm on weekdays.
9. By entering, participants agree to allow the City to display entries in public locations and on social media.
10. All artwork submitted becomes the property of the City for promotional or educational use.
11. Judging decisions are final.
12. Contest is free to enter.
