The Montgomery Mayor’s Court is presided over by the Honorable Richard G. Gibson and cases are tried by Meghan Donnellon Hyden. Court is held every Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. and both traffic and criminal cases are heard. You have the right to an attorney in any proceeding before this court; however, you are not required to have an attorney to appear.
The Montgomery Mayor’s Court hears most of the City’s misdemeanor and traffic cases, including first offenses of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension.
