Joining the Montgomery Citizens’ Leadership Academy (MCLA) is a powerful way to deepen your connection to the community and gain insider knowledge about how Montgomery operates. We have a few spots left for this important class. Here’s why it’s worth your time:
- Behind-the-Scenes Access: An insider’s view of City Hall, Montgomery Safety Center, Public Works, Bethesda North Hospital, and Sycamore Community Schools.
- Meet Local Leaders: Build relationships with City Council members, department heads, and staff.
- Hands-On Experience: Participate in interactive simulations and team projects that tackle real community issues.

MCLA runs January through March, with weekly Thursday evening sessions (plus one Saturday morning tour).
