Commemorative Tree Donation
A $300.00 gift will plant a single tree in honor of a special someone in your life. This is tax deductible. Your gift will grow in beauty and value while enhancing the City’s environment. Most of all, your gift will be a legacy to our City, helping create an attractive and pleasant place to live, work and play. An acknowledgment letter will be sent to the person or family of the individual honored, as well as to the contributor. Tree selection and park location is at your request. The City cannot guarantee specific requests on tree species and planting location but will make efforts to honor requests or propose an appropriate alternative.

A $1,250.00 gift will install a Victorian Bench in honor of a special someone in your life. Your gift will provide beauty and value while enhancing the City’s sidewalk system. Most of all, your gift will be a legacy to our City, helping create an attractive and pleasant place to live, work and play. The City cannot guarantee specific requests on location but will make every effort to honor requests or propose an appropriate alternative. A $850.00 gift will install a Park Bench in honor of a special someone in your life. Your gift will provide beauty and value while enhancing the City’s park system. Most of all, your gift will be a legacy to our City, helping create an attractive and pleasant place to live, work and play. The City cannot guarantee specific requests on location but will make every effort to honor requests or propose an appropriate alternative. Below is a list of parks to help you select the location: Dulle Park, Pioneer Park, Swaim Park, Montgomery Park, Pfeiffer Park, Johnson Nature Preserve, Weller Park. Engraved Bricks are $55.00 each. Bricks can be placed at the City Hall Patio Fountain entrance or the Circular Patio Entrance at Johnson Nature Preserve. Your gift will provide beauty and value while enhancing the City Hall building or the Johnson Nature Preserve Entrance. Most of all, your gift will be a legacy to our City, helping create an attractive and pleasant place to live, work, and play.
