The Capstone Section of the Vintage Club was recently approved to construct a single-family (attached and detached) subdivision with twenty-four units. Twelve units will be a single-family brownstone type product with the other twelve structures serving as detached residential homes. The development would be located on the last remaining parcel of undeveloped land that is approximately 4.5 acres located southeast of the Christ Hospital Outpatient Center. This neighborhood is a significant development that will support the Vintage Club moving toward the completion of the development that began over 18 years ago. The intent of the Capstone community is to create a supportive, integrated, and walkable neighborhood to increase the overall village feel of the Vintage Club.
