Safety Village Returns!

Safety villageSafety Village returns this summer for children, ages 5 or 6, entering kindergarten in the fall. Students learn basic pedestrian and traffic safety rules, personal safety, school bus, and fire safety. Montgomery Police Officer Bob Otte teaches the program with help from middle school and high school-aged volunteers.

  • Location: Montgomery Elementary School
  • Sessions (4 to choose from):
    • June 13 – 17, mornings 9:00 a.m. – Noon  / afternoons 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
    • June 20-24, mornings 9:00 a.m. – Noon  / afternoons 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.

The program is free for residents and $25 for non-residents.
