Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Manager, Municipal Building, City of Montgomery, Hamilton County, 10101 Montgomery Road, 45242, until 4:00 P.M. local time on Friday, September 29, 2023 for the OPERATION OF THE CITY OF MONTGOMERY MUNICIPAL POOL AND CONCESSIONS.
Specifications and contract documents can be obtained at the Montgomery City Municipal Building, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242 during regular office hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
The Council of the City of Montgomery, Ohio, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
