2024 Top Workplace - Multi YearThe City of Montgomery is honored to be again named a Top Workplace by the Cincinnati Enquirer. The City has received this honor for the last six years.

“This incredible recognition is a testament to our staff’s hard work, dedication, and the positive environment we’ve built together,” said City Manager Brian Riblet. “We believe in empowering our staff and creating an environment where people can thrive and contribute their best. I want to thank our entire team for making this possible. The staff, along with City Council, are the reason Montgomery Is a great place to work.”

To determine Top Workplaces, The Cincinnati Enquirer partners with Philadelphia-based Energage to rank organizations. Energage administers a 24-question survey to employees, who decide whether a company’s culture deserves recognition.

“Montgomery City Council is thankful for our staff, their hard work, and the care they show residents, businesses, and each other,” said Mayor Ron Messer. “This recognition as a Top Workplace is a testament to our commitment to creating a culture that values each individual.”

The City of Montgomery was among the 126 businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations named Top Workplace 2024.
