Our History
The City of Montgomery, Ohio, was founded in 1795 by settlers from Montgomery, New York. The City has retained many historical buildings, designating 32 of them as local landmarks. This app provides audio presentations, text, and pictures of each of these unique properties. Audio provided by landmark owners, local preservationists, and city officials. This is an excellent app for those interested in Montgomery, history, architecture, and preservation.
